Soep Aalsmeer offers its guests a variety of totally fresh and vegetarian soups. Daniëlle Jonker’s soups are a real success, the perfect choice for a tasty lunch in Aalsmeer. Soep Aalsmeer is familiar with the ‘To Go’ concept, however there is also a small seating area provided allowing you to sit and enjoy a bowl of soup, salad or wrap in comfort. The soups are made freshly each day, using seasonal products from local growers. The menu changes on a daily basis, making sure Soep Aalsmeer continues to surprise.
Why vegetarian? “Because everyone should eat less meat, because it is much better for the environment”, explains Danielle in her interview with Witte Weekblad. Daniëlle offers a wide variety of delicious soups. Vegetarian cookbooks are a great source of inspiration and provide her with ideas of how to incorporate unusual vegetables and ingredients into her soups and healthy dishes.
About Soep Aalsmeer
You will find Soep Aalsmeer on the Machineweg, a concept that originated from an extra service that Daniëlle used to offer to her clients. As a former weight consultant, Daniëlle used to make soup for families who wanted to eat more healthily, but who had little time to do it for themselves. This proved to be a huge success and lead to Daniëlle’s change of career from diet consultant to soup maker!
